ACTS 11 A. Criticism from Brethren. v. 4, 13-19.

1. Keep them informed.

2. Explain carefully and precisely what happened.

3. Remember your order of priority.

God comes first--His commands.

4. We reproduce spiritually after our own kind.

a. Converts will be like us.

B. Tough Field to Work. v. 19-21.

1. How to know where to go--an immoral city of 500,000.

2. Necessities for reaching out.

a. Be a fisher of men. Go fishing Go where the fish are. Use good bait: a point of interest Comment - woman at the well; Question - Ethiopian eunuch Publish, don't protect, the Good News b. Salt in the life. Makes people thirsty. Mix to create thirst. c. Light in the life.

C. A Willing Man. v. 22-26.

1. In the assembly at Jerusalem.

2. A man of discernment.

3. Christian character was obvious

4. Knew his limitations.

5. Inter-assembly fellowship. Gifts have a place from one assembly to another.
