THE SECOND THREE SIGNS. Exodus 8:20-9:12 The signs that appeared upon Egypt grew more intense with each new one. Stubbornness is self-centered and an act of rebellion against God. One of the more serious effects of stubbornness, like Pharaoh's, is its impact on those around us. It often blinds the person to God's mind and truth. When that attitude is let go, God can work His will in our lives.
