The door to heaven is open now, Christ has ascended on high He who suffered once for all for sin nevermore will die There in holy splendor seated at God’s right hand Is the only One in the universe who is truly God and Man.
All power above and below is under His jurisdiction There is no area of life that can avoid His interdiction He conquered the powers of darkness when He defeated death And the universe is His dominion – all its height, its width and depth.
Every creature is subject to Him who gives to each their life Every authority of angels or men is exposed by His holy light That emanates from Him who is the Source – all comes from Him And the holy brightness of His Person never will grow dim.
