Matthew 15:29-39.
1. The Center of all attraction – Jesus; yet there is no limit to the many others who may be brought to Him [v.30].
2. The Cures of Jesus; lame, blind, dumb [Isa.38:5-6; 43:7; 41:1; Ps.51:15]. Then why should any hang back and fear to come?
3. The Care for others [v.20]. Who have you brought?
4. The Compassion of Jesus [v.32]. He heals the body, then feeds it [Pro.19:23].
5. The Confusion of the disciples [v.33]. They had forgotten [14:17]. Do we ever forget mercies; yet they had perfect faith with them [v.34].
6. The Command of Jesus: “sit down” – no hurry; “on the ground” – humility.
7. The Commission of Jesus [v.36].
8. The Compensation of Jesus [v.37].
