1st John 5:10. “He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.” THE ULTIMATE INSULT. It is within, implanted by God, The assurance that Jesus is God. Not only the assurance; joy is there too, Total confidence comes from His Word. There is a witness inside, the Holy Spirit Himself, Testifies to me; Jesus is Lord. Without any doubt, I believe all about, Him who is revealed by God’s truth.
I dare not lie and say I don’t know, Because I do, of this I am sure. I believe on the Son, He the unique One, Is my Savior, this testimony is true. The record is clear, He was really down here, To save us, not to just give us a cure. I know for a fact, He will be coming back, The same One who my salvation procured.
Let my testimony stand, I am held in God’s hand, He promised to not let me go. My trust in the Lord, is strengthened by His Word, And this I most surely do know – He, the Almighty One, is God’s eternal Son, And through children of faith He does show, They’re His from new birth, through life unto death, Through faith and by grace they will grow.
“How can people not believe Father; the evidence is everywhere and the Person has been testified to by millions. To not believe Thy Word is so insulting to Thee, that I wonder at Thy grace and longsuffering towards mankind. And then, I think of the years I knew about Thee and still ignored the Savior, and I am glad for Thy longsuffering. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.”
